  1. Were you raised in the town in which you were born? Where were you raised?

Yes. I was born in Anderson, South Carolina, and spent the next 12 years in the city limits of Anderson. Then, we moved across the highway to a different town, but it was still in Anderson County. I spent the next six years there. I stayed in Anderson County until the year I turned 28. That year, we lived briefly in Greenwood County, South Carolina, but we moved back to the city of Anderson after that  We were in the city of Anderson for about three years.

  1. You lived in South Carolina a long time, I can see why you want to return someday.

    1. It was a long time. I lived there until I was 39 years old. My first birthday here in Texas was my 40th birthday. I remember that I couldn't wait to leave South Carolina. Children are supposed to grow and go, right? I always felt like there was a force field keeping me there, from going, therefore, from growing. Well, I think I've grown enough now and wish we'd never left South Carolina. Still, Texas is an adventure, too. It is way different from South Carolina, that's for sure!

      Have a blessed weekend. :)
