Friendly Fill-Ins

Friday_Fill-In_Badge

Here are the fill-ins:

1. September bucket list:

1.
2.
3.

2. If I came with a warning label, it would say ___________________________________________.

3. Truth be told, _______________.

4. I would rather ________________than _______________.

Here are my responses:

Partial bucket list:
  1. Get caught up with publicist-related posts
  2. Research mosaics and heirloom sewing
  3. Make time for genealogy research

Warning label:
Explosive! Keep away from heat, flame, and trigger-happy people!

Truth be told, my right to breathe trumps your right to pollute the air with your cigarette smoke.

I would rather be:
...A great photographer than a best-selling author.
...Alone than in a crowd.
...In the country than in the city limits.

Have a blessed weekend, y’all!

  1. While i wouldn't want country living full time, i am starting to agree that often i'd rather be away from crowds in cities. Hope you have a great weekend!

    1. I hope that you can get some moments away from the crowds. I couldn't stand big city living full time. H-Town is definitely not my cup of tea!

      Have a blessed weekend. :)

  2. Thank you for these great fill-in answers. I hope you have time this month to complete your list. I agree, breathing is much more important that smoking. I hate having to even walk by someone smoking. Have a great weekend!XO

    1. Thanks, Ellen. :) So far, so good. I have a good start on #2 and #3. Last night I found the obituary of one of my 4th great-grandmothers! I found a picture of her quite some time back. You can see that picture here: Eliza Ann Hollingsworth Walker.

I'm glad that you and several others agree with my thoughts about breathing vs smoking. Some folks have some very nasty attitudes about it. :(

I hope that you have a great weekend, too. Thanks!

  4. I really enjoy digging into the family history. I need to update my notes, now that I think about it. Just need to find the time. I would much rather be alone than in a crowd too. I hope you have a great week!

    1. Oh I hope that you'll find time soon to work on your family history. It is such an important thing for those that come after us. Our ancestors live forever through us and our downlines. It is important for them to be remembered.

I hope that you have a great weekend, too. :)
