August Happiness Challenge - Day 13

Today is the 35th anniversary of The Great "I Reckon" Incident. David and I went to the park that I had played in as a child. We were on the merry-go-round when he asked me to go with him. I made a totally refined and sophisticated response. I said, "I reckon."  I am happy that I reckoned. :)

      Thank you, Ellen. David can tell the story way better than I can. I was too busy being in shock that a boy wanted to go anywhere with me that I didn't notice all of the finer details of the day. :)
