I am happy to have a few posts written on each blog for
today. I am happy that we made it home
okay after the doctor's appointment yesterday. Our Zoomie overheated and the
light came on in the car. I don't blame Zoomie for overheating. It was 113
degrees out there! Immediately after the appointment, we went to Walmart to get
more coolant as the levels were low and we headed home. I am happy that we did not have to try to walk
home in this extreme heat. Home was just over 4 miles away! David isn't even supposed
to be walking 2 feet; forget 4 miles!

It sure is hot there, and I thought we had it bad.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I hear, it is bad all over. I was hoping that, since it took so long this year for us to get to our first 100 degree day (we usually get there in April), that it would be a mild summer. I should have known better. It is making up for lost time. Kind of like putting the roast in the oven late and increasing the oven temp to cook it faster. :)
