Yes, lilies [and other lovely flowers] are heart-grabbers for me, especially this time of year. Seeing them when it's been so very brown and dreadful looking. Now, filled with green and "loverliness" colors. What a treat...and a wonderful Word. Bless you.
Thank you, Caryjo, and may He bless you, too. I agree with you. I spend all late winter long waiting to pounce on the flowers as they start blooming. I can't wait for them to get here, and then once they are, I want to photograph as many of them as I can and hope not to get bitten by a snake in the process. :)
Bluebonnets are the big thing in this area. People drive for many miles just to find a field of bluebonnets to plop their babies down in to photograph them. There are several pretty nice fields of them very near where we live, so I don't have to drive so far to find them.
