Later, Harvey! Taken 26 August 2017. A new day dawns, post-Category 4 landfall. Praise Heavenly Father, we were spared the direct hit. Please pray for those who were not as fortunate. This water is at the end of our driveway. Only 5 houses in our neighborhood have power right now. Ours is one of them. Have a blessed day!😊

      Thanks, Ellen. We appreciate those prayers very much. As bad as it is here, those poor folks in Rockport are really suffering. They might not be able to return home for a very long time, if they even still have a home to return to. They definitely need lots of prayers.

      Thank you, Annie. So far, so good. It is very wet out there and some of our neighbors have lakes instead of yards right now, but we're all okay. The neighbors got their power back on by the end of Saturday. We're all safe for now.
