Gratitude Journal Challenge

Who in your life are you grateful for?

I am grateful, first and foremost, for The Holy Trinity- Heavenly Father for the Gift He gave to us; Jesus for being such an awesome brother that loved me enough to sacrifice His own life for mine; and the Holy Spirit for His protection and discernment.

I am grateful for David, who chose me over probably better prospects long ago, and stays with me through all of my imperfections.

I am grateful for my children and all the lessons they’ve taught me and the love they’ve given me over the years.

I am grateful for my parents, that they allowed me to live.

I am grateful for all of my grandparents and the unconditional love that each of them offered me.

I am grateful for true friends and the love and guidance they offer and for just being themselves. AND for tolerating blubberfests in public and aren’t afraid to proclaim the Word no matter who is around.

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for the loved ones you’ve placed in my life.

David is doing the challenge, too. Please visit him over at Random Thoughts and Observations. Thanks!

I learned of this journalling challenge from Vanessa over at Vanessence

  1. Wonderful things to be thankful for. I wish you didn't think Dave had better prospects to marry. You are a wonderful person and he is blessed to have found you as a mate.

    1. Thank you, Ellen. That is so sweet of you to say. :) I appreciate it very much. He says I'm the best thing that's happened to him. I just have trouble believing it sometimes.

      Have a blessed day. :)
