Important Notice!!!

Praise the Lord! After 6 weeks or so of dealing with medical facilities, we are finally back in our own home. David's foot is looking much, much better. There are still a few hurdles to cross, but he'll make it.

Please bear with us as we get adjusted to being home again and get back in the swing of blogging again.

Thank you for continued prayers!!!

Also, if you'd love to help cheer him up since YouTube has decided he is unworthy of monetization since his isn't a huge channel, please subscribe to his YouTube channel and watch the videos. That would really make his day! He has to have at least 1000 subscribers and 4,000 minutes of watch time within 30 days in order to be able to keep the monetization option.

Gratitude Journal Challenge

What taste are you grateful for today?

Oh wow, this question could go in a multitude of directions! I am thankful for a lot of tastes. I’ll focus on the food ones, naturally. :)  Today, I am thankful for the taste of homemade fried potatoes, which is what I am going to make shortly.

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for potatoes and deep fryers!

David is doing the challenge, too. Please visit him over at Random Thoughts and Observations. Thanks!

I learned of this journalling challenge from Vanessa over at Vanessence.

  1. Fried potatoes sound good- do you add some onion?

    1. I haven't done that, but I've thought about it. Our daughter is particular about what she'll eat, so I don't put anything other than the potatoes in the fryer when I fry them. I add onion powder to mine after they're done. I think it would be great to have the onions fried with the potatoes.

How do you do yours? Do you add onion?

      Have a blessed night. :)
