Gratitude Journal Challenge

What smell are you grateful for today?

I am thankful for the smell of summertime. Some days while I’m sitting out there with the birds, it smells just like the summers of my childhood.

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for the smell of childhood summers.

I learned of this journalling challenge from Vanessa over at Vanessence.

    1. The smell of honeysuckle reminds me of my childhood very much. Sometimes I smell that smell here, though there are no honeysuckle plants anywhere near our house. It is odd, but it is most definitely a welcomed smell. :)
