Title: Grow Your Traffic, Build Your Blog: Tips and Tricks for the Tenacious Blogger
Author: The Editors, WordPress.com
Version: PDF
This line is on page 56 of the PDF. It is in reference to the suggestion of having guest bloggers write for your blog.
"Why would I want to publish someone else? Am I not enough?"
I am interested in seeing what else this book has to say. I have been trying for a week to start reading it, but haven't gotten past page 2...which is the second title page! By the time I get everything else cleared from my screen so that I can start reading it, my eyes are begging me to go to sleep. Well, tomorrow is another day and maybe it will be the magical one. :)

Sounds like a good one for all bloggers. I do guest posts for other blogs and occasionally have someone on mine. It gives readers something fresh.
ReplyDeleteMy Friday 56 from Candidate For Murder
I was finally able to start reading it last night and so far, it has been interesting. It has made some suggestions that make sense to me, but I can't figure out exactly how to implement them when my most popular day keeps changing. What type of guest posts have you done?

Sounds very useful! :)
ReplyDeleteCheck out my Friday 56 (With Book Beginnings).
Thank you. I think it has a lot of promise.

I have the same problem with PDFs. I am not a big fan of doing a lot of reading on my computer screen. My book this week is A Promise of Fire by Amanda Bouchet. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way. I would rather have a book in my hand than read a book on a computer screen. But, the majority of our books now are on the Kindle or computer. I would rather them be real books with large print. :)

I am curious about what the book will show us. Thanks for sharing, and here's mine: “THE GIRL YOU LOST”
ReplyDeleteThank you. I am, too. I hope to be able to implement the things that it suggests and make PS Annie! and McClendon Villa (https://mcclendonvilla.wordpress.com/) much better. The biggest problem for me is coming up with original content. Right now, I'm depending a great deal on memes and challenges. I enjoy them very much and will continue with them. I just hope to be able to come up with ideas of my own at some point, too.

That does look interesting. Thanks for sharing and for visiting me today.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, Bev. Thank you, too, for visiting here. Have a great weekend. :)
DeleteSounds like a great blogger resource! Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Freda. I thought so, too. Have a great weekend!
DeleteI have never read that one, but it sounds good.
ReplyDeleteIt has been interesting so far. Hopefully, I'll learn something to make this blog better all around. I hope so. :)
DeleteHave a great week, Ellen!
