Hmm Don't freak out, huh? Sorry, it's my job.
We have an extensive family history with pneumonia, so being upset about it is a given. All of my Granny's family died because of the flu and pneumonia.
Medicine has supposedly progressed since then, so maybe less danger of that happening, but it does still happen.
Please pray for our son to be better very soon. He will supposedly get out of the hospital on Wednesday and then be in the medical group for another week, then it is back to business as usual.
Thank you for the prayers.
I am praying for your precious son, Suz.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Romi. We appreciate the prayers very much. I haven't been able to focus on anything since he left for worrying about what's happening. This illness sure doesn't make me feel any better about him being gone. I can't even go to visit him in the hospital as it is so far away.
DeleteThank you again for the prayers. I hope that you have a blessed day!
Praying.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Denise. We appreciate the prayers for our son. You're in our prayers, too.

Prayers being said! I hope your son is well on the way to mending by now. I believe it is very common for illness to spread like wildfire there. Just like when they where in elementary school. I'm sure they're taking good care of him.
ReplyDeleteThank you. The last we heard, he is still in the medical group, but they are working him back toward full workouts. This has delayed his projected graduation date by at least a month.
DeleteI hope that your daughter is doing well.
