QUESTIONS

Have you tried any DIY cleaning products or skin care products from the many recipes on the Internet?

I can't think of any that we've tried yet, though I have seen plenty that I would love to try including the laundry detergent that you mentioned.

Do you like to enter sweepstakes, giveaways, or prize drawings?

It depends on the contest and who is in charge of it. Things like PCH annoy me; blog giveaways are fun.

How often do you visit your local library? Do you have a local library?

Since I discovered free Kindle books, we haven't been too often. We did, however, go by a few weeks ago and I checked out a nice knitting book. Our library is about three miles from our house.

David figured it out the other day that if we read a book a day from our Kindle collection, it will take us over 30 years to read them all!

Do you have a simple mobile phone or one that does lots of things?

We don't have a smart phone, but the one that we have isn't stupid enough for us, either. All we need is a phone that can make calls, take messages, and allows texting. We don't need to try to do Internet stuff or take pictures with our phone. Unfortunately, according to AT&T our next phones will be smart phones. We won't have a choice, well, aside from choosing not to have a cell phone at all. With the kids needing to have a way to get in contact with us while they (or we) are out and about, "no cell phone" isn't a choice.

Tell me something new or interesting. Please:)

Okay, I'll go for something new. I am planning something special, a new online adventure. Well, I'll come up with the idea, but David will have to be the hero that actually puts it together! So, please stay tuned! I will announce it here when the time comes.

    1. I can't wait to get it off the ground...I just hope that it works out like I have planned. I battle a fear of failure constantly.

I have enjoyed cross stitching in the past, but I have a hard time seeing to do the work anymore. I miss it. What are your favorite things to cross stitch?

About the books, I am collecting them way faster than we can ever read them. haha

    1. I think that one thing holding me back is being sure that I'll blow something up in the process. :) If you do give any of them a try, let us know how it goes, okay?

    1. Thanks, Patrice. I look forward to it, too. We're having trouble figuring out sub-domains and WordPress, so I might need to back up and figure another way of doing what I wanted to do.

I'm willing to try the DIY cleaning products. I just hope that I don't explode anything when I do. :)
