      Do have the actual Kindle or do you have the Kindle Reader on your computer? On our actual Kindle, there is a sync button that we use to have it load new books. I haven't quite gotten the Kindle for PC thing figured out yet. I can try to help you and if I can't figure it out, maybe David can. Just let me know.
