I am sorry for the absence on this blog and in responding to the memes that I linked with last week. On Wednesday of last week, David was admitted to the hospital with cellulitis and an infection in the foot that received the graft earlier this year. I will be able to get back to blogging once he is discharged.
He had a procedure done today that had a positive outcome. The doctor found no tunneling in the foot, which has been a problem in the past. This is a step in the right direction.
Please keep him in your prayers for total healing and for a quick return home. Thank you!

DeleteHI Suzanne! You are always in my prayers, but I will add David especially. I see this note was on the 7th, so I hope things are looking up a little for him.
ReplyDeleteCellulitis is such a painful, and limiting thing. I hope he will keep his spirits up, and that you can rest too.
Blessings to you, my friend.
Ceil
Thank you, Ceil. He was in the hospital for two weeks. Toward the end of his stay, it was looking like they were going to keep him for three weeks. Thankfully, we have him home now.
