Day Fifty-Nine: Sunday Seven

1. I am thankful that Baby Girl #1 is coming home today. She has been away for four days, a long way from home. She has had fun, but I have worried. Letting go is not my strong point.

2. I am thankful for Oreos, even though I should not be eating them. I am thankful that I now have the motivation that I need to let go of the Oreos and not turn back.

3. I am thankful for the end of each round of hot flashes. Very thankful for the cold snap that comes soon after!

4. I am thankful for new opportunities that provide us with a means to support our family as well as meet other people like us that are just doing all they can to get by…with the attitude that we’re all family and have to stick by each other.

5. I am thankful for old buildings, history, and dusty old furniture with stories to tell of long ago dreams and schemes.

6. I am thankful for a husband that has a sense of humor even when my memory lapses have become a big part of our time together.

7. I am thankful for “Bobalated”, a McClendon twist on an old Gunter game. :)
