CAREY MADDEN has developed an entirely fresh, innovative and technically adept approach to cake decorating. Her cakes and cupcakes have been featured in Vogue and Mademoiselle and enjoyed by countless celebrities and gourmets.
Carey resides in Philadelphia, where she owns and operates Violet, a custom cake and cookie bakery specializing in handcrafted seasonal buttercream cakes and decorated cookies using local and organic ingredients.
Carey’s hobbies include reading, dancing the Argentine Tango, hanging out with her two chihuahuas, cooking, hiking, fostering children and, of course, cake decorating.
