I agree, on all points, with you. There are real victims out there. I think that those who choose to go out dressed like "ladies of the night" are looking for attention. Sometimes they get it in a very bad way. No one has a right to touch people without that person's permission. But, if a person dresses like that, the guy is going to assume permission, rightly or wrongly. It is just bad all around.
