Here are the fill-ins:
- My favorite Dr. Seuss book is _________________.
- The most interesting person I have ever met is _________.
- Besides books by Dr. Seuss, my favourite book as a child was __________.
- Lately, I have been working on ________________.
Here are my responses:
My favorite Dr. Seuss book is… ALL of them! I don’t think that I’ve ever met a Dr. Seuss book that I didn’t like. The Cat in the Hat Comes Back was the one that I had the most fun reading to one of my babies.
Most of the folks I’ve met over the last 52 years are interesting in one way or another, but I think I’d have to say David. He is certainly never boring!
My favorite book as a child was The Silver Seven by Rita Ritchie. It was about competitive figure skating. I always wanted to learn how to ice skate, but there were no ice rinks in the town where I grew up until I was way too old to even consider it.
Lately, I have been working on trying to remain calm and not crying. In addition to that, I continue to work on decluttering 33+ years of stuff!
Have a blessed weekend, y’all!

Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. Nice choice for #1 :) I can roller skate, but could never ice skate. Have a nice weekend! XO
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ellen. I always enjoy answering the fill-ins. I'm glad that you liked the answer to #1. :)
DeleteI grew up roller skating and was at the roller rink pretty much every Saturday morning as a pre-teen. I loved it!
