Taken 10 June 2017. The male cardinal finally visited the gazebo feeder! He usually eats at the platform feeders. This is a picture taken with my phone of a picture that was still in my Canon. I will hopefully get to post the "real" picture soon on my McClendon Villa blog.

ReplyDeleteThank you. I agree. I love that red color. The female cardinals aren't as showy as the males, but they have pretty coloring, too, I think. Both make some very interesting expressions. I got some really funny expressions from the female cardinal yesterday, kind of like a mama would give a kid that was sassing her. I just wish those pics were clear. I'm having trouble with my lens not holding focus. I don't know what is up with that.
