D is for "Days of Elijah"

I don't think that this song follows the theme of "Southern Gospel Music", but Camp Pendleton is in southern California around San Diego somewhere…and it is music praising Heavenly Father.

Besides, who could resist listening to a group of US Marines singing? I think it is great how they are getting into the song and spirit!

Here is a photo of our Marine, of whom we are extremely proud. Not too long ago, he was promoted to Corporal. His little buddy is one of the kitties that lives on the base in Japan.

Oorah!

  2. I had no idea there were so many US marine bases in Japan until I looked it up. They certainly all look as though they enjoy singing that song!

    1. Yes, they sure do! I think the boy on the end of the front row seems most happy to be singing it. He just seems so enthusiastic, like he's happy to be singing for the Lord. It very much reminds me of my time in the Church of God. :)

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Have a great weekend!
