This week's questions:

1. What is your best solution for getting rid of a headache?

I have to take enough ibuprofen to knock me out and sleep through it. However, it is there again to greet me when I wake up.

2. Do you enjoy taking naps?

On the one hand, yes. But, overall, I just see sleeping in general as a waste of time because I'm just as tired when I wake up as I am when I go to bed.

3. What was the last 'block buster' movie you saw at the theatre?

I don't know. The last two movies that I saw in a theater were The Passion of the Christ and Lion King 3D (with a group of Bronies!)

4. If you could have anyone cook you dinner, who would it be?

I would choose to have my granny cook dinner and we'd cook it together. Two of the reasons that I would choose Granny is that 1. I love and miss her and it would mean I had her back and, 2. she's the  best cook that I've known. :)

Bonus Question:

5. Pop quiz: What are the names of my grandmothers? (Question brought to you by my husband David.)

    1. I think that it is a nice middle name. :)

I went for a long time not really liking my name and the fact that I didn't have a middle name. But, as I've grown older, I've also grown to love my name and what it represented to my daddy.

  2. I have no earthly idea what my fathers mothers name was. I only met her once as a child and she never came to visit or called. My mothers mothers name was Elsie. She has since passed.

    1. I'm so sorry that your paternal grandmother was so absent from your life. That is sad.

I think that Elsie is a nice name. I picture a happy person when I see that name. I am sorry for your loss.

  3. I am the matriarch of my family now, but I had at least known all the way back to my maternal-maternal great-great grandmother. I was very close to my M-M great grandmother who passed at 96 in 2002.

My grandmothers, who superimposed photos will result in my face, were Rosa on my dad's side and Wonda on my mom's.

    1. How blessed you are to have known grandmothers from so far back! None of my great-great-grandmothers were alive when I was born, but two great-grandmothers were. However, they both passed away by the time I was three years old. I do have the faintest memory of sitting on the couch with my maternal-maternal great-grandmother. Her name was Carrie. And, I have a picture of Lula, my maternal-paternal great-grandmother, but no memory of her.

I'm thinking that my grandmothers, Maggie and Evelyn, did the same as your grandmothers Rosa and Wonda. Isn't it great to favor such beautiful women? :)

Rose and Rosa are names that show up fairly often in my family tree.
