QUESTIONS

Beth asks:What's your favorite movie of all times? The one you've seen multiple times.

There are several that fit the bill here. My favorites (can't pick just one!): Gone with the Wind, Darby O'Gill and the Little People, The Quiet Man, It's a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street (the original one), Braveheart, Rob Roy, The Secret of Roan Inish. They all have one thing in common, either by topic of the movie or the actor him/herself. A bit of Ireland and/or Scotland is in all of them!

Here is the trailer for The Secret of Roan Inish.

Clairity says: Name three things that are permanent residents in your handbag or purse.

Keys, wallet, cell phone, comb, ink pens, mirror, and (until it expired) my epi-pen. Most of the time our smaller camera is in there, too.

Red asks: What's the best way to your heart?

Showing that I have value to you and, like Patrice said, showing an interest in what I enjoy. Don't say that you want to be with me or do things with me and then act like you'd rather be playing in a septic tank than talk to me. Don't be fake with me. Be genuine in a way that leaves no doubt where I stand with you.

Mamaw wants to know: Do you like going to yard sales?

Not really, but I do like flea markets and craft shows and antique stores and shows. Of course, the whole yard sale idea might change, too, as we get further into the dolly rescue adventure.

Cathy says: If you could slide down a rainbow, what do you think you'd find on the other side?

A sore behind or maybe a Brahman. Once, not too long after we moved here, we saw a rainbow and actually saw the bottom of both ends of it. It was the most amazing thing we'd ever seen! Both ends terminated in an open field...just totally beautiful. It still amazes me to know that we saw such a thing. I never knew that rainbows actually had a "bottom". I thought they were just sky events, no land involved, but it isn't true! It was definitely a once in a lifetime moment, of which there have been several since we moved out here to Texas (snow on Christmas 2004 being another one)!

    1. Thanks. It was the most amazing natural phenomenon that I've ever seen. Kind of made me hopeful for that ol' pot of gold, too. :)

I hope that you have a great week, too!
