Thursday's Thunderings

Today held another weather-related adventure for us. We got caught up in several updrafts on our way home from a failed restaurant experience. It was awesome. The wind was whipping up pretty good, lightening was zapping, the trees were dancing, debris was flying, and the cloud formations were amazing and counter-clockwise rotating. I love it!

All of the kids were game for an evening of storm-chasing, so we went out again to see what we could see. We got a little bit of rain out of it here in our town, but could see that it was coming down pretty good in various areas out in the distance. It got dark on us, so we didn't see anything exciting beyond really jagged lightening this time out. Oh well. Maybe next time.

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for the rain!
