The best thing about blogs, they just keep going and going, at least until you run out of energy. How do you keep from losing steam with your own blog? What keeps you going when there are a zillion other things pulling at you for your time and attention?

You go girl! I tend to run out of steam or second guess my ability to write anything worth reading. You're doing an amazing job of keeping your audience captive and you should be compensated for it.
