Hanka Farms

I stopped to get a shot of a field of Queen Anne's Lace. This old truck was off in the distance.

Spanish Camp Church

The little frame church in the Spanish Camp community burned to the ground. In the midst of the rubble, the Truth still stands.

Spider Snacking on a Bee

There are some beautiful roses growing around a plot at the city cemetery. I spotted a little pink one that I thought was really pretty and saw that there was a bee on it. I thought that the bee was being awfully still, but could not see exactly why at that moment. When I uploaded the images, I saw why...it was being eaten by a white spider. Poor bee!

Cat's Eye

This particular cat's eye belongs to our kitty named Jewel (my daughter corrected my spelling...I thought they were saying "Jules"!). She loves attention and my husband was holding her when this shot was taken.
