JNW's Halloween Challenge: Day 9 - Night

I first learned about Jennifer Nichole Wells' Halloween Challenge through Ellen at 15 and Meowing. Please click here to learn more about this challenge.

This first image was digitally altered from a photograph that I took at the Ruins in Glen Flora.  The moon, seen through the window opening, is peeking at you with the eye of our oldest daughter. The light fixture is from a photo taken of our local post office.

The photo below was taken one night at a place that we affectionately refer to as "Gilbert's Crossing". This is where we go to see all of the celestial events, when the weather permits us to do so.

    1. Thank you, Ellen. :) I've tried and tried to get a decent shot of the moon with my iPhone, but I can't seem to get it. They come out like glowy blobs. The photo above was taken with our Canon Digital Rebel Xsi and I am pretty happy with it. I'm glad that you like it, too. :)

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Have a blessed evening!
