Down in Bay City (Texas), there is a huge metal chicken in front of a little chicken restaurant. <br /><br />I couldn't have any that I intended for meat purposes, but having them for eggs I could deal with. <br /><br />On occasion, we have scrambled egg sandwiches, but most of the time we have deviled egg sandwiches. LOL I don't think there is a way you can have an egg we don't have it. Some things you didn't mention: scrambled egg sandwiches, omeletes, and as Eggs a la Goldenrod. Which is where you talk hard boiled eggs, seperate the whites and the yolks, add the whites to cream gravy. Spoon cream gravy over toast and sprinkle yolks you have minced witha fork over the top.
