I love it and often have it running through my mind throughout the day.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I am thankful that you had parents and grandparents that loved the Lord, too.

My grandparents taught me a lot about the Bible and were Christians. Although the events that went on in my home as a child were far from setting a Christian example, my parents made sure that we went to church. I was there every time the doors were opened as a child. They didn't keep me from learning about Him. This style of music is what I grew up with in the Pentecostal and Church of God churches and it feels wonderful to me. :)

If only today could have the simple sweetness of days gone by...that would be just great!

Thanks for stopping by and commenting here. These songs are very, very familiar to me. My parents use to sing with my grandparents in church and while my grandparents are no longer living, I think my parents occasionally sing still. They truly love the Lord and I'm thankful for having parents and grandparents who taught me about God. Thanks for continuing this series. It makes me think of simpler, sweeter time.

~Curious as a Cathy
All Things Vintage: J-E-L-L-O #AprilA2ZCathy Kennedyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01056276734145310231noreply@blogger.com
